Today I was searching for homes on ski lakes in Winter Park. Yikes! they have gone up! The very few pickings start at about 1 million and go up to almost 10 million. Forget getting "new", most were old and a 5000 square foot home started at 2.5 million! OK buyer, lets try Windermere there are a lot more waterfront homes to pick from...
